FS: FiberImages Carbon Fiber Hood $250 (SoCal Only)

For sale is a used FiberImages carbon fiber hood. This is FiberImages' prototype hood; therefore, it is incredibly light and does not contain a fiberglass skeleton. I had it re-clear coated in order to maintain its fresh look. Also included are the hoodpins hardware. Since this is a big item, I will not ship this product. What I will do is drive a short distance to meet with the buyer. Here are the pictures:

Just to clear any confusion, I WILL NOT ship this hood. It's too much of a hassle. I would have to buy packing material and a box that fits.

Seriously, shipping shouldnt be an option unless the buyer wants to pay but its expensive.
I recently shipped a fender to someone one town over, about an hour and a halfs drive.
Because of the size, it cost well over 200.00 to ship it, and i checked with USPS,FED EX, and UPS.
For the hood, it would have to be packaged really well to avoid damage and its box would be much larger then what I shipped so its price would be much more, it would most likely have to go freight.
Thats a really nice hood, hope you find a local buyer.
