Non-Oem fogs

Hi,

I just got a 97 Max GLE and was installing my fogs (Catz) and was wondering if any of you guys installed non-OEM fogs. I was trying to pass a wire through to my dash from the engine, but I couldn't find a spot to do it. I'm using the blank switch next to the dimmer on the dash as my switch. So I was wondering if anybody had any ideas on how I could or where I could pass the wire through. Thanks.

Will

The hole for the 4th gens is in the wheel well. Or you can just wire it to the parking lights so you don't have to use a witch.

Thanks for the info. I already cut the switch and have everything ready to go, but I think I may have to take apart my dash to find where the hole leads to for the wire. If I went through the wheel well, would the wire come up from around the accelerator/brake area or higher up? I couldn't see any holes when I looked down there. Thanks.
