Need help asap --- I do not know how to make a proper thread title

Hey guys recently ive noticed problem with my 97 maxi. When its cold it stalls when you put it on gear. After couple of starts car works normally but sometimes even warmed up it stalls too. It threw me a code camshaft position sensor wich has been replaced yesterday now its better but still stalls sometimes. Doesnt throw any codes throtlle body has been cleaned new sparks i dont know what to do may be its a tranny or even fuel pump???
