im gonna order s-techs (2.2,1.6) springs on stock struts....i know its bad but how long u thin da struts will survive...

nah, depends. usually southern states have better roads. Some people i know have stock struts on their 4th gens/5th gens and they have well over 140k and they're yet to see a problem. (knock on wood). It all depends man.. Could be a year. Could be 5 minutes. No sure guess.

Might wanna find someone who knows a lot about suspension too... You should be back to ask how to fix your struts.

If you're taking the suspension apart to put springs on, why don't you just buy new struts so you can replace them while the car is in pieces?
