How do you replace the boots on the power steering rack?

So I was looking at out Maxima the other day and noticed that the boots on the power steering rack are torn on the ends. Is this something that is easy to replace?

You have too take off the Tie rod ends too take the boot bellow off. They are held on with Mechanical wire on the rack(Stupid I know but easy too take off) Its pretty easy but your gonna need an aliment after because you will throw your Toe right off badly. And counting threads hardly works as good as it should but have seen people get lucky.
