EDIT:

These have to be used with panels that are original with leather inserts. Otherwise, you have to modify your stock 'cloth' interior panels. There are tabs in the back of these and I think if you cut a slot for the tabs to fit through, you can make it work since they just bend and that is all that holds these in place.

 

Just did these 2 weeks ago, they are very simple to install on cloth panels. Just tear off the old cloth and cut slots with a knife.

a friend just installed leather panels like these in his max. he didn't cut anything. just bent the tabs in, and used some good glue all around the perimeter of the panel and it looks like stock leather interior now.
