I'm trying to replace my belts and i have searched and read the other post but i can't get the tensioner off and it seems like i am striping the head, I need help! I's on there too tight I tried loosing the top belt tensioner one first and that just making it worse!

 

loosen nut on the face of the pulley.
then loosen adjusting bolt that's behind it.
