Battery/Brake Lights on at the same time

Hello Maxima gurus.
I own a 1995 Maxima GXE with 368,000 miles. I am experiencing what might appear to be a malfunction. BOTH Battery indicator light and the Brake light, on the dash, have lit up. Now, I understand when both of these light up and stay on, constant, it's a alternator issue. However, this symptom is a little different. It comes on when I idle low, in motion, around 30-40 mph. When not driving and idling at the gas station or parking area, with engine on and in park, it will light up then dissappear. It will do that too, in motion, in Drive. Now, the crazy part is, I HAVEN'T A CLUE WHAT TO DO. I have had the battery checked out and it's ok. I replaced the fuse to the alternator in the fuse box located in engine area and still receive the same thing. I am guessing the belt. But, I want to know if it might be something else. Any ideas Maxima.org users????

Are your battery terminals clean and on tight?

Indeed, check that and the harness at the alternator itself.

I will check them out. Did not think of all the connections. The battery posts are clean, the clamps are clean. This just started out of the blue a few weeks ago.

I suggest that you use a meter to check the voltage of the system with the car on.
