Help! LCAs Installed.....Funny Noises!

I recently installed a new pass side LCA. Immediately after install, I heard a knocking noise when taking off, over bumps (intermittently), turning, slowing, and just cruising.

I then replaced the drivers side LCA, and am now having the same noises on that side!

Obviously there seems to be an issue with either the LCAs or my installation. I also replaced the upper strut bearings, swaybar endlinks, and front brakes (done after the pass LCA and during drivers LCA install). Cannot for the life of me figure out what is causing this noise. Can anyone help?

Thanks!

You are sure they're torqued all the way down and not sliding around ?

I loaded the suspension with a floorjack and tightened all the bolts to spec w/a torque wrench. I don't think that is the issue, but I will re-check. Thanks for the suggestion.

Anyone else have any thoughts?
