clutch line confusion!

just got the SS Full clutch line, only question i had for those of you that have it already, i know it replaces the slave hose, but where does the top of the line attach to? the square box that all the metal lines attach to( the 3/8 metal lines and the smaller ones that go to the slave), or does it attach to where you put in the Dot 3(master cylinder?) and remove ALL the metal lines and such.

Ive been searching around for about 20 minutes and i cant find anything.
im sorry about the poor choice of words but i realy dont know what all these things are called.

thank you in advance.

It depends on how long your line is. Some are longer and replace the whole plumbing system from MC to slave. Some are shorter and only replace the rubber. Ive had the short SS line for years. There is no point to replace or bypass the hard lines if they are in good condition. Anyhow if you have the long line go ahead and bypass the stock stuff.
