Hey guys, my 98 SE is idling rough, whether in gear or in park. It seems to drive smoothly. The car is stock except for a budget y-pipe installed 3 years ago. Currently 164,000 miles and well maintained. ECU codes checked and were clean.

spark plugs were done about 40k ago, and oil and all filters changed regularly. Is there a way it could possibly be a vacuum leak? Thanks for your input in advance, its appreciated.

 

could def. be a vacuum leak in the intake.

Where are you in MA?

 

Bad coils maybe?

 

Did your rough idle just start happening?? Or has this been going on for a while now?
