will 95 96 glass headlights fit perfect on my 99 with 99 grill or do i have to change grill as well not really sure?

Off topic, but why would you want fluted lens?

 

Hottsauce check ebay, and forgive my own ignorance wtf are fluted lenses?

 

Basically the lenses aren't completely clear, they are made in such a way to disperse light (i.e. you can't see the reflectors inside the housing, you just see the glass). However, IMO, it decreases output where you need it.

I have a '96 and HATED my headlights. My GF's '97 was much better, output wise.

This is all pre-projector retro though

 

It's simply a 12" strip of white LED lights from AutoZone.
