Took a manual 2000 Eclipse GT twice.....

All I have is a K&N, didn't even Manu-matic shift and still pulled away (little through first, but second was distinct). He made a rather annoyed face before turning soon after the second race. Why would anybody buy one of those things? A base model Eclipse (4-cyl) starts at 18,500!!!!!

Enjoy the Ride!

It's pretty simple. He didn't know how to shift the eclipse properly. The manual GT eclipse has identical 0-60 times as the manual maxima, which is 6.6-6.7 ish. But maybe it was the Automatic with the sportstronic shift. Maybe he didn't shift properly with that cause the two auto's should be neck and neck if the two manuals have identical times. By the way, base eclipse is at 15,000 ,16,000 ish . The most expensive ones range at 22,000.
