So I was pulling out of a parking lot, I floored the gas and came to a stop at a stop light.As soon as i stopped it stalled out.This was a first time for me.Started it back up and drove home, Ran fine..The car sat for maybe an hour and when I went to start it up again, It started but the OD light on the cluster blinked like 7-9 times very quickly, No cel light...What does this mean ?

 

funny u say that mine did that today to me too! didnt stall tho but the light flashed on start up

 

I think The car went into the safe mode.

 

your car went into limp mode, same as safe mode. usually when od light blinks that many times the tcu might need replacement, or maybe you gased it so hard and suddenly stopped might have triggered it

 

yup i bet thats what it was for me, i got stuck in the snow lol

 

I would definitely check the tcm with a scan tool. You might have a problem with the pnp switch. I had a similar problem with my Volvo C70 and it ended up being a bad PNP switch.

 

What is a pnp switch ???
