Does anyone know if the colored screen and the back up camera w/ lane assist can be added in after the fact? I have an SV-S but was told at the dealership that it wasn't an option when I purchased it (found out after that it was and the I didn't have to get Nav. in order to get it) so I want to add it in now.

I KNOW THAT THIS WAS TALKED ABOUT BEFORE I BELIEVE THAT I WAS NOT ABLE TO FIND IT ANYWHERE.

There is no lane assist option for the Maximas, unless your talking about the lines on the screen when you are backing up only. As for putting it in after the fact, it appears to be a very expensive prospect, and anyone who has tried on this forum has been turned down by the dealerships they have tried it at.

 

I called a couple and was told it wasn't something they couldn't do without swapping out a lot of parts for a lot of $$$$ and even then I don't think they were willing to do it.
