Because they don't exist. If you saw one then it was probably that one member that actually made it. That is if you are referring to a 4th gen.

most of the people with dual exhausts have cut out the spare tire well to give more room
At Maxus there was a two-tone 5th gen with dual exhausts (similar to the 4th gen, originally a single exhaust) and kept his spare tire well intact but it was custom done at a shop.
Looking under my 4th gen, there's a bit of room behind the right rear quarter panel, if all of the EVAP stuff is removed or relocated. A small muffler might fit, but I don't know if there would be room to route the pipe past the gas tank to the car centerline.
