97 SE windshield leaking

So about 2 years ago I had my windshield replaced due to a crack from a rock. Everthing seemed great until yesterday I ran the car thought the car wash and water started to pour into the car and drip on the passenger seat. Is the shop resposible for fixing the leak or is that just tough luck? Why would it wait 2 year before a leak appears? I assume it was sealed properly to begin with. If the shop wont fix it, is it easy to replace the window molding yourself?

The moulding is not what seals the window, it's the glue that seals it.
If you pull the headliner down you might be able to locate the spot it leaks from (a garden hose is your friend) and seal it up with silicone sealant.

I just got a call from the shop. He said the its the metal that is rusting. The seal around the window is good. He said they wont be able to fix it until it warms up. Might be time to buy a new car.
