I have the complete harness for a 3.5 5th gen. It came of a loaded SE which had less then 85k miles at the time. I'm looking for $400. My number is 718 451 6558 - boris. I'm located in Brooklyn, NY.
Oh I also have the ECU, TCM, ect... For trade as well. Rims, Electronics, I don't need any maxima parts

FWIW that's an engine room harness, not an engine control harness (mostly just called an engine harness). Might want to have your title updated.
