Sunroof glass perimeter gasket not sealing and letting water in.

Its only 40*F here right now so Id expect it to be shrunk some but not 3/4". It was like this when I bought the car a few months ago. Any suggestions for repair besides maybe getting new weatherstripping for it?

The glass perimiter seal isn't there to keep water out. It's normal for water to get past that seal and drip into the drip channel. The drip channel has 4 drain tubes, one in each corner. Make sure those tubes are connected and are not obstructed with debri. Use some compressed air to blow them out.
