Ok for awhile I've been struggling with the rear middle seat belt... Unlike most maxes my middle seatbelt is a real deal, shoulder+lap belt (3 point), not just a lap belt.

The tensioner has been removed out of the upper little box and it's sitting on the seat with the belt fully retracted and locked.

I wanted to just remove the whole damn thing cause I have yet to have 4 passengers in my car but I realized that the whole middle seat belt is bolted in with another passenger's fastener, removing it will in effect remove two seat belts.

So, my question? How do you unlock the damn thing, I wanna try something else besides tugging on it over and over again before I take scissors and cut it out of the car or convert to the old lap belt (2 point) system.
