Are headlights, corners and grills of 97~99 a direct fit on 95~96?

Yes, if you replace the front bumper too.

Its known as a front end conversion. Many maxes have gone through this. Check one of those threads at the top, I'm pretty sure there is detail up there.

yes,

i have 99 headlights and corner lights on my 96. Minor modification is needed for the headlights to fit perfectly, but nothing a drill cant fix as for the grill, that will not fit correctly, there will be about an inch gap between the bumper and the bottom of the grill, IMHO i think it looks lik $hit anyways.

Please read the thread up top that says, "4th gen FAQs". It has the word "Important" in front of it.

To take care of that you could always try the 5 dollar grill mod.

corners are ok, headlights are close enough, and the grille doesnt fit completely right, need modding as said above, this is my part of the faq that still gets asked about on a weekly basis

Hmm, looks like **** huh?

The headlights fit perfectly but the grill needed minor modifitcation. The grill is to big, not to small..

I agree...the 97-99 Grill is ugly...the SE is a tad better...but too cheesy either way.
