Just curious if anyone has raced one off the line?? They are heavy cars, but once they get going they move.

a frind of mine has a 96 and stock for stock they are dead even. I have a 5 spd and he has the 300hp nothstar eng.

The results vary widely depending on, elevation, road material, road condition, humidity, temperature, wind, who the driver is, how much skill they have, how much skill they use, shift points(rpm), shift style(on a manual), traction or lack of, torque-converter load up or none, if the car is a factory ringer or a lemon, equipment used to test, optional equipment(additional weight added), level of fuel tank, engine temperature, and much much more.

 

Ummm... yeah that is why I asked if anyone has raced one???? If I could find one (that would race) then I would let you know how it turned out, but I can't
