FS: Cattman 2.5" Catback

My 3" Cattman will be arriving in the next couple weeks so this is a 'pre-sale' for when it does come in.

The 2.5" is still on my car and will be removed when the 3" comes in.

$500 shipped

PENDING SALE AFTER REMOVAL

no offense taken, the price is obo guys, make offers. Also, if you're on the east coast, Cattman's shipping is not cheap. Example: shipping for my 3" is almost $100. That does play a part in the price.

The exhaust has less than 2 years of 'southern' use on it, in other words, no rust. I havent kept up with the mileage but i'd imagine its ~15k. Cosmetically, the exhaust looks like it should with 15k miles on it. I'm holding on pics for 2 reasons: A) its still on the car and I have the Stillen rear so there's not much to see and B) i'm not going to crawl under the car to take illegible pics.

If its not sold by the time my 3" gets installed, i'll add the pics to this thread.

Fair warning to potential buyers: I dealt with Vastmax once previosly and he sent me the wrong part even when I plainly explained the part I sought. He was a complete a** about it, finally agreed to send the part I requested in the first place, if I sent additional funds and then refused to issue a refund for the incorrect part. After MANY emails he finally sent a refund, not including shipping, did not reimburse my cost to ship it back and to top it all off, was insulting throughout the process. All as a result of his mistake.

Just sharing my fine experience with him. You decide where you choose to spend your hard earned cash. I will never buy from him again.

Not to mention that his used part in this thread is incredibly over priced.

Pound sand Vastmax. Don't dish it out if you can't take it.

I'm not doubting that this could be true. However I offered to buy his progress springs off him and he agreed to meet up with me with-in 3 hours and drive to sell them to me at a fair price, After running into strut problems later that night he offered to let me barrow a strut off him for FREE around 12am as long as it was returned once my new one was purchased.

Good luck.

In response to this thread, another forum member and I were dismantling a whole car and selling parts & making multiple shipments a day. The last thing we wanted is to have a part sent back. He sent me a pic and description for what he wanted. I apologize for what happened (2 years ago). Unfortunately not everyone i've sold to has left me an iTrader rating, but i have had many happy customers.

As far as "dont dish it out if you cant take it..." where did I infer that I cant take it? You know as well as I do that the org has ALOT of lowballers, more than any other forum i've ever been on. I'm just trying to get a reasonable price for a quality exhaust.

For anyone else interested the price has been adjusted.

I vouch that at least half my iTrader ratings if not more is shared with Vastmax. As well, I can vouch for the 2.5" Cattman system as well. The buyer of this exhaust will not be disappointed with it in anyway, shape, or form.

Would you consider splitting the b-pipe from the muffler? I just want the b-pipe portion, so if willing to split, how much for just the b-pipe?

Thanks.

Do people not realize what 'or best offer' entails? If you want it but dont want to spend 500, say you are willing to pay x amount and see if it works out...dang..

Nobody believes in negotiating anymore, but they want something for nothing. That use the be the fun in getting a part. Some people set or view prices like it's written in stone. This isn't Carmax.

Congrats James! Glad you're picking it up. Maybe you can swing by my place since I'm right down the street and check out my "little" project when you go get the exhaust from Russ.

Bring it on. You guys can install in my driveway, as I'll probably be installing mine at the same time. I've got the proper tools.
