Alright so this problem has been following me since my last 1993 4runner.

My max was fine but recently I noticed that if the wheel is turned (all the way or close to all the way) and I go over a bump I hear this noise coming from the front. Sounds like something needs to be lubed (it's not really too bad) just that I'm very picky when it comes to my car.

One thing that I still have not done since I got the car was do an alignment since it pulls slightly to the right but it's not really a big deal.

Any ideas as to what I can do? I tried searching but can't find adequate keywords. thanks.

 

sounds like a missing bump stop to me

 

I had that too when pulling into my drive way. I adjusted the bump stops for the hood up, and so far its gone as is the hood flutter as hwy speed.

 

could be bad lower control arm bushings.

 

But concerning these cars it could be a myriad of front end concerns (bushings, end links etc.)
