question on rod and main bearings

question. are the bearings in our 3.0s select fit bearings? i have some slight rod knock and am looking into replacing the rod and main bearings all at once to nip it i the but b4 it starts to chew my crank. it would make it easier to just grab a box of standard bearings but if there select fit ill have to order them one by one:/ anyone know?

A coated bearing will not cost much more than standard and will give added increase bearing longevity.
