HID not working

HID not working

I bought a pair of new hid's http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...K%3AMEWNX%3AIT

One works and the other one doesn't at this point i think its not the bulb what else could be?

Could be the ballast. Unplug the ballast from the other headlight and try it in the headlight that is not working.... worth a shot

its not working on the passenger side. I tried both bulbs on the driver side and they work that means i need a ballast ? i need recommendations on where can i get one from ?

Make sure the polarity is correct on that side. + to -, not + to + on the ballast plug.

If you tried the side that's not working on the other side and its still not working then its the bulb as stated but in that case the only thing to do is get a bulb u can try Craigslist I see they got some good deals on their for hid bulbs depending on were you live good luck

Its not the bulb its the ballast.



OP, you can do what VQpower said and check to make sure polarity is correct or contact the ebay seller and get a replacement ballast

That's funny because I have 2 of them that I'm getting rid of because they couldn't fit my fogs that is a H4 hid kit from the stock headlights if only u lived close to me could of gave u the whole set for $50 and their 8000k
