Interior pillar removal

Hello, I've done a little searching and cannot come up with anything, can anybody tell me how to remove the middle interior a/b pillars (that seperate the front/rear side windows) there are adjustable seatbelt shoulder pullies in the way and I dont want to wreck them, also just wondering if I have to remove the dash to take out the front a/b pillars aswell (I'm thinking most likely thats a yes)

thank you

just pull them, they are held in by clips. don't yank them, just pull gently starting at the top and pop the clips as you work downwards

Take off the seatbelt first before pulling. But yea, they are easy just pull and pop the clips one at a time.

Unpop the cap on the seatbelt holder, undo the 14mm bolt and pull the pillar off. It's that simple.
