very bad misfire?

well 1st thing is that i was wondering if i have a bad misfire or is it my fuel injector (hopefully not), but everytime i step on the gas it starts out slow and the car sounds like its about to shut off, and when i floor it to make my CEL come on i hear a loud poppin noice comin from the front of the car, but no CEL, so i have no idea whats goin on because i had a misfire b4 but it was on cylinder 1 n i got a new coil pack, n then it went from cylinder 3, and then cylinder 5, to cylinder 4, but the CEL isnt on, i just wanted to know if any1 has an idea of whats goin on and if any1s had this problem b4

CHeck your CPS per FSM. Clean MAF too. On 99s the coilpacks are known to go bad, sometimes all at the same time. USe multimeter and test coils and harnesses
