Removing front bumper skin

In order to remove the front bumper skin, does the whole bumper need to be removed? If not, how is it done? Thanks.

You have to take the entire bumper off. You have to remove the grill and headlights and there are 3 screws under each headlight. I don't remember how many are under the grill. You have to remove the screws that are underneath the bumper. There there are 3 nuts that connect the bumper to the fender on each side. You have to either take the wheels off, or just turn the wheel and loosen the wheel fender splash guard part (having a senior moment at present).

Shouldn't take too long. What are you trying to do?

Gotcha ... Not overly difficult. I did it back in the day without any skills whatsoever.

+1

thats how to take it off. U sd skin and i was totally confused. Forgo that our bumpers are sort of an assembly. Be careful w/ headlight bolts i was tryin to replace some clamps behind the bumper and i totally stripped a head. sucked
