I have an iPhone 3GS for sale. It is in superb condition only showing signs on wear on the back like usual. There are no scratches and the phone is even under warranty still until August 9th. Will ship US only via UPS. Phone is on the iOS4 GM now so it will be updated to the official iOS4 when released. Phone was made before the hardware change that prevented untethered jailbreaks, has been jailbroken, but is not and will be shipped with official software.

Includes original box, phone, usb cable, wall charging adapter, headphones. Will be wiped and ready for iTunes activation.

I wont be able to ship the phone until after picking up my new phone which is confirmed for 6/24 but sometimes you just never know. Ya, Mine was preordered and went through the system. I have printed receipt with email confirmation. I will have mine on the 24th but I added the disclaimer as a just in case.

MaxCrazy00, I'd like to get $300 for it, I will entertain serious offers by PM only because I obviously want to stay as close to that price as I can, but I have a realistic mindset and will consider it sold for the right price. If a price is offered and I like it I will consider it sold and I will remove it from eBay and mark this listing as sold as well. I will not go back on that deal even if a better price was offered later. I want to be as fair as possible.
