Frankencar intake for 5.0 gen - hole in midpipe, what is it for?

I recently purchased a frankencar intake (for 2000-2001 maximas), and it has a hole in the midpipe (see actual pic below). Does anyone know what this hole is for and what is supposed to plug or connect to it?

Thanks

I'm guessing it's for the IAT sensor. Could be wrong.

IAT is too small for that hole.

So on the 5.0 gen, the IAT has its own little housing that plugs into the airbox (and SRI)? I've always wondered that about the 3.0 liter. Cool.

OK, so what is the extra little vacuum connector on the breather hose connection? I don't have that on my Frankencar SRI.

the 2 extra connections are for the IACV, the other hole looks to be the AIT sensor hole. The grommet and AIT have to me removed from the air scoop.

Just go to Homedepot and buy one of these connectors.

the hole is for the IAT, using the rubber grommet.

the two "T" shaped connectors at the end of the small tube are for the IACV/vac.

here's a 7-year-old pic of mine when I had the FC intake, you can kind of see it here.

You guys are right. I didn't look to place the grommet from the stock air intake into the frankencar pipe. it fits perfectly.
