allrighty, never seen a thread about this so here it is: the dealership offers a sevice for those w/o cabin filters ( ie., 95/96 max ) where as they run a bg system spray through the cowl and it supposedly cleans the mold within the blower motor and cleans the vents and runs about 49.99 and takes about an hour. OR, they said i could spray some lysol disinfectant spray into the cowl while the ac was running, but not alot as it could damage the blower. anyone done this or used the dealer for the cleanout???? ironically, on tuesday it got up to 100+ and for some reason the ac would'nt kick on, i waited and turned it back on and it worked!!! thank the maxima gods!!!! chime in people....

I'll join the blue max crew... never heard of this but lysol sounds like it'll def make the car smell good as well as disinfect that shiz

 

i hate the smell of that crap,why cant they make a spray that smells like money or new car smell, ya know????

 

yep, lysol, dose it in the vents right under your wiper blades and cycles through the different vents and temps.
