FS JWT Cam adapters for 3.5 Swap

Anyone want these? They are brand new in box, never used them. You will need them if doing the 3.5 swap into a 4th gen.

Im new to the form and doing a vq35 swap to 4th gen max and wondering if you keep the 3.5 camshafts and put the spacers on or can you use the camshafts out of the vq30 and the spacers don't change the timing at all just the distance or are there other spacers out there that do this for more hp gains?
