car pulls left with steering straight

okay here's the rundown....
got 4 new tires and alignment done..all good smooth and straight driving but I noticed a small *bump bump*
-few days later-
so I went back they said I needed a new wheel bearing on the front ds ,so I got it. bump goes away But when I left the shop i noticed a pull to the left so I turned around and had them check/fix my alignment. alignment done. head to work notice still pulling to left so I check tire pressure. all tires are good. so when i could i head back to the shop and
have them do an alignment. they do it and we both
go for a ride. and he says that's the straightest it,s
gonna get (driving"straight" with the steering wheel
turned good amount to the right and slight fixes
when the car goes left) then gives me some goofy story that since the cars lowered it's gonna always gonna have steering problem, even tho before the wheel bearing install it was driving straight as an arrow no left no right pull. soo forget that shop
so i went to Goodyear twice for alignment fix and both times they'd say I'm all fixed now but still pulling to left

and also I can see that my ds wheel is some what turned to the left with my ps wheel I straight and parralel in the wheel well with my steering wheel flat straight

so In order to stay in my own lane on the road I have to keep the steering wheel turned 10-15 degrees right once i straighten the wheelthe car will merge left

sorry bout the long post but i kinda needed to get this off my chest I'm seriously aggravated!!

I saw some of the guys here talking about lowering can cause you not to align within specs and you have install chamber bolts. Do some searching on lowering... you might be to low for factory specs.

You should really only have to worry about camber when lowering the car more than about 1.5" however this is just a general rule of thumb that I heard somewhere years ago. So dont hold me to it, lol.
