Airbag Light stays on

Air bag light came on suddenly (obviously it has not deployed yet)

Tried resetting it and checking the airbag fuse.

Light still stays on.

Any other suggestions?

Checked FSM and the only other thing it suggests is checking the air bag sensor harness and the sensor itself, what is the easiest way to get to it?

What did you try resetting it with? Most code readers don't reset airbag lights and IIRC pulling the battery cable won't work either. Unless I'm thinking newer Nissans...

As far as I know, these cars do not have any air bag sensors in the front of the car. Were you in an accident? If so, you have to replace the airbags along with the Air Bag Module under the handrest. Done this already so I know...

Find or make a friend that has a airbag scan tool that can tell you what the fault code means. Throwing new parts at a MIL can get expen$ive quickly...
