switch from pull up seats to power seats?

switch from pull up seats to power seats?

has anyone switch from pull up seats to power seats? i have the harness for the power seats and i put a leather power seat in the car and the seat didnt move so anyone kno what could this be? i didnt see a fuse for the seat?

I made the switch with no problems. Check the fuse and the wire for damage. Other than that you're just going to have to run power yourself. :P

i checked the fuses all good and pulled the fues box and all harness are connected in the back so i dont know what could be the problem?

Only thing I can think to do is run power from somewhere else to see if your seat motor is fried.

Like Joe said above, check for the circuit breaker. Refer to the EL section of FSM, if you haven't already, it's page EL142 for my 97. It looks like the breaker is behind the drivers side kick panel. It looks like there should be two, if you only see one then that's your problem. If it helps, the connector for the breaker will have a White/Black and a Yellow/Black wire going to it. If you don't have a breaker on hand then just try jumpering the two wires together to confirm everything is functional but don't run it very long in that condition.
