Window roll donw/back up, possible?

On the 05 maxima and maybe other models if you hold the unlock button for a few seconds the two front windows will roll down, now thats all fancy and dandy, but I would like to have them all roll down and all roll up if I push the lock button or any button don;t matter to me as long as they will roll up, Is there a way to have this done without doing much modifications or if any at all? Thanks.

There's no factory option to be able to roll them up with the remote, but you can stick your key in the door and roll them up that way.

Nissan didn't want to be responsible for someone choking a Kid in the Window.

Is there an option to lock the doors automatically when the car is in drive on 2004? I love my Maxima but I don't understand why the doors don't auto lock when the car is put in drive. The doors will auto lock once I exit the car, if I don't lock them with the remote. Any ideas?

www.kptechnologies.com offers aftermarket modules to allow remote window UP and auto door locking/unlocking (either time based or speed based with optional Speed Switch).

i know this is old, but since bumped up...

incorrect. the car will not auto lock once you exit either. The feature is to re-lock the doors and activate the alarm if the car is unlocked AND no doors are opened. Once you open a door to get in or out it stays unlocked.

This feature is for in case you unlock with the keyfob accidentally, or use it or the key hole to roll down the windows. It will re-lock in 1 min. or 5 min. (if no doors are opened, to re-arm the car) according to how you set up the personal settings.

For the other features mentioned there are systems you can add to the car, but not through Nissan.
