Should I Buy a New Hood Or......

I'm doing the 6.5 conversion to my 6th gen. I can't seem to find a hood for the 6.5 anywhere. There is a gap between the 04 hood and the 07 headlight/bumper (picture below). Just i get the hood remolded to fit the 07 front or buy a new hood? how much would it cost for a new hood? how much for me to get the 04 molded to fit the 07 front? I'm guessing the body shop I would take it to would use bondo...

Picture of the gap:

I would buy the hood...but thats just me. Keep your eyes open on ebay, and just keep looking online at junk yards, something will come up

I think I saw someone that molded the hood with the bumper along with other modifications. So.................it is possible. It's just a lot of work

I don't blame ya but you might as well get the hood. It'll save you a bunch of money off of labor at least.

Here is where you search for a hood. Could find one local.

I would just give up on ebay. I've been waiting on a hood to hit ebay for about 6 months and nothing.
