'97 gle rear caliper stuck/rusted

Hello, I've rescued a '97 gle and the drivers rear caliper and pads are stuck to the rotor as if though they were glued onto the rotor. The caliper bolts are removed and the caliper/pads will not come off. I tried pb blaster, block of wood, sledge hammer, and pry bar. What should I do? The passenger side is free and not stuck and I have the handbrake handle down/released. Any help is appreciated.

Remove the e-brake lever from the caliper and try to turn the shaft by hand to release the pressure.

Yep!

Very common issue with the 4g's.

Thanks for the quick help guys. I figured it out with some elbow grease. After driving around the block found the other side is banging around. Guess that's what happens when someone tries to fix stuff but doesn't do it quite right. It's slowly getting there though. Still need to tackle the crankshaft pulley. But we'll need that pulley to spin something.
