Do 350z Coils drop right in FWD valve covers?

Like title says, I might buy a set of 350z coils, and wanted to make sure if the 350z coils are the same as the fwd coils.

From which year, I just did a search, and i saw the maxima and Z have same part numbers on rockauto.com, but not the 06 Z. Im getting the ones with part num: 22448 AL615

Any advantage/gains to running 350Z coils? Why not just get Maxima coils?

I found these for dirt cheap.

I see the Z part num is 22448 AL615, but the maxima is 224488J111.
