is this a good CAI?

im a newb to car parts and saw CAI going for 200 bucks but didnt want to pay that much and was wondering if this one would work just as good as ones such as AEM

haven't heard much about option racing intakes but you should be fine if you use their piping with a better/well known filter like K&N or AEM

if i dont use a K&N filter will the one that comes with the option one not give as much power and sound as good?

it should be the same power and sound with the option racing(OR) filter...however i wouldn't trust the OR filter at all...remember it is filtering the air ur engine sucks in...you don't wanna take a chance with a cheap filter and mess up ur MAF or even ur engine...i'd suggest spend some more money and get urself an AEM dryflow filter or any other that u know u can rely on

from what i've noticed, most people on the org usually do the same thing with the Berk Intakes...they use different filter combinations with different CAI pipings
