I need an ignition for my 95 max asap. a key broke off in mine so now im running with a screw driver to the ignition switch. please help

Joe whats usually the best way to loosen up those two screws on the column holding the ignition in place? I was told to use a hammer and a sharp screw driver to twist it loose by digging into it, that doesnt work that well.

 

I drill a hole in them and use a screw extractor/easy out. I suppose you could use a dremel and try to cut a slit in them and use a screw driver as well.
