Transmission leak

My transmission of my 98 Max keeps leaking out of the driver side axle. This happen about five years ago and after replacing the seal then the CV axle I had the transmission rebuilt. Now I replaced the seal twice but I'm thinking it's internal again. Anyone have this problem and if so any advice?

differential bearings are bad again. whoever rebuilt it probably didn't shim the differential bearings properly they just put in the same shims that were already in there. this is what happens when you do that, the bearings can fail again prematurely.
