Modifications: Purely cosmetic and easily removable: All season floor mats with carpeted mats included, 5000k HID headlights, GTR overlays for the headlights with black Eyelids over that, Taillight tint, Blacked out grill (stock one included), Black vinyl wrapped over chrome accents around windows and on trunk lid, LED interior lights and License plate bulbs.
11. Service record: I have all service records (tire rotations, and oil changed are the bulk of them, and I am about to replace the front brake pads this week.
12. If leased, provide details, such as length of lease, payoff amount, etc. It is a 15k mile per year lease. It is a 39 month lease with 23 months remaining. All you have to do is assume the lease payment of 318 per month. I am not sure of the process of transferring a lease but if I find a person to assume the lease I will gather all of the necessary paperwork.

To tell a bit about the car, it is a 2009 Nissan Altima 2.5 SL. The SL means it includes the following: Leather interior, leather shift ****, and leather steering wheel; 9 speaker Bose system, XM radio (with subscription through february), Bluetooth with steering wheel controls and voice command, Aluminum kick plates, automatic climate control, auto on/off headlights, moonroof, heated front seats, automatic drivers seat controls, etc.

I am listing all of the features off of the top of my head so please forgive me if I forget something, I'm not just copying and pasting the description from another website.

I am trying to transfer my lease over to somebody whose driving habits fit the terms of a lease better than mine do. When I originally got the car my life fit the lease terms a lot better. However, like some things in life that changed, and I currently am driving a lot more than my lease allows me to. This is the ONLY reason I am trying to get rid of the car. It has been great to me. The car has 23 months left on the lease at $318 per month with roughly 21k miles left on the lease. I also purchased an extended warranty with the vehicle to cover it through 50k miles as opposed to the 36k mile standard warranty.
