finally installed jwt flywheel now starter issue

ok guys so i finally installed my lightweight jwt flywheel and long story short when i turn the key to start it, nothing happens no crank no click but if i manually jump the starter with a screwdriver touching the power connected to the starter and the metal peice on the solenoid thats connected to the wire i can crank the car. so basically i have to have someone push in the clutch and turn the key as if i was trying to start the car and manually jump the starter and it will turn on

got a new starter thnking that the starter and/or power wire for the starter was bad but new starter and same issue??
any ideas?
did research and found out possibly the new flywheel may not line up with the crank shaft position sensor if so how can i go about fixing this??
