What was your first mod?

Just wondering if people on here went for performance or visuals first. Me being a "performance first" type of person, my first was the Cattman Cold Air Intake. Im very satisfied with it (just put it on two weeks ago )

Custom shortram intake was the first mod for me. It was simple and loved the new intake note.

So it didn't come with the BBS-I like those rims, even though they're only 15"

My first "mod" was the window-tint. Next was the drop and wheels/tires. I'm centered more toward the looks of this car. I've got another car in-mind for my performance concerns. . . The I is my DD, but I can't roll around in anything "stock"!!!

www.ddmtuning.com

That's what I've been using for a while. Cheap, reliable, and offers warranty.

I wish the car came with the stock BBS wheels. The BBS looks 1000x better than this crappy chrome junk.

I do have the BBS center-cap tightening tool tho.

Well the last time I drove her was 4 years ago and she used to be a USIM and auto back then. So shes much much faster now with all the mods I threw on her.

Nice. I find it ridiculous having all those parts come on at once. Must have been quite the transition from driving stock to that

Her characteristics definitely changed for the better. It was frustrating trying to figure out how she felt (quicks/speed) before all the mods since it was so long ago since I last drove. Ive been driving an 07 C230 and had gotten used to her. So transition-wise, yeah I have to agree that it was somewhat weird.

Dual "Halo" Projectors

I went all the way in on my first mod. I bought a pair of the ebay projetors, popped them open, got my dremmel on, and added J30 projectors for high beam, and low beam at first (a poor man's upgrade, till I found out the difference between HID and halogen projectors). Put the ebay back for low beam. I have to redo them, cause I didn't seal them all that good, and my shaving was bad, and I nipped the halos, but they were LED, so not worth it anyway. Was my first time though, so I'm happy with the initial results. But next time Ima keep the J30 for high beam, and maybe TSX or MDX for low beam, and add CCFL rings instead of those crappy ones. But I guess it's time for me shutup and show you

Fresh outta the oven

On the car (second one is full of condensation, rained here yesterday )

My first mod was to lower the car. Got GR2s all around with H&R Sport Springs. Also, did a ghetto air box.

How are the KYBs? I have stock shocks with the Eibach Pro Kit and the ride is a bit harsh
