SSIM (pics), AFR.. whole smorgashboard

So in the last month i have Re-SSIM'd the UIM, gutted the pre-cats, installed a new 04 rear VC and fixed my oil catch can.
Had the oil in #5 so did the rear VC. I havent taken the UIM off since to check if it fixed the problem but im assuming and hoping thats all set.
I gutted the pre-cats hoping to fix an erratic WB but it doesnt seemed to have helped. I can say the exhaust not became a little louder but also a more deeper aggressive sound. Gutting the rear Pre-cat was a b!t$h and thats putting it lightly.

I had SSIM'd the UM before but didnt have a grinder that was long enough to get inside and clean it nice and smooth. So i went to Harbor Freight and bought
It was 30 bucks and i figured it would do the job, but i can say for 30 bucks it exceeded my expectations. I had 4 different carbide burrs to get the results i needed. I will post pics of the SSIM i did tomorrow sometime.

This is a question i have that im assuming involves all the stuff i did and NMexMAx helped me before and maybe he can this time or if anyone else knows.
My AFR while driving fluctuates quite a bit. Coming to work tonight and being at a steady 2500 rpm the gauge will swing from 13.8-15.2. Just like a pendulum and will do this roughly 3X in 1 sec if im under a light load. If im just cruising and not really in the throttle it doesnt fluc to bad. But gewt in the gas and it swings like Tarzan on a busy day. Is this normal or is something kinda iffy?

My AFR does that at part-throttle, cruise, and slow acceleration.

What's your AFR doing at WOT? It should stay still.

Actually have not had a chance to do a WOT run to see whats going on. I live 1/4 mile from the police station so that is a big no no and i dont have to many straights that wouldnt attract attention. I will try it going home in the morning to see idf i can get a read. Only other place i can try is getting on the hiway....i can try then. I made a bracke tot attach my Cam corder to so i can Rec my run and view while not trying to shift or run into anyones rearend ..

Just jump on the pedal WOT for like 2 seconds and the wideband will respond and settle down.

I can say i havent done the WOT run yet but i do get in it hard sometimes (70-80 th) and i never see it get in the 12s or 13. Scratch that maybe a 13.7 or higher but not lower. From what ive read we go closed or open ..cant remember and it goes into the 12s. Should i see that

PS.. Ok i looked on youtube and saw the test you can do. Ill try that tomorrow and see in that does anything and report back on it BTW, i did buy it used and from what i remember the guy said it was in hs Civic racecar (isnt that and oxymoron) and it had about 5000 miles on it.

Log a WOT run and post it. If it is 12.0 - 13.7, you're fine, IMO.
