Poly Urethane Transmission mount

Transmission mount for auto or manual (the both work though its an auto trans mount) gutted the filled with poly urethane. Works great and is not bone jarringly stiff it has some rubber in it and the poly used a 3m polyurethane

looking to get $30 shipped for this

I was under the impression that the auto and manual mounts were different. Are you sure they're interchangeable?
