I ordered a set of 20" TSW Donningtons from Blkmagic. There was some delay in my payment (long story) and a delay in getting the rims shipped (long story) but after everything was said and done, the rims/tires were shipped and received. If Gary (Blkmagic) is selling something, I would stand behind him 100% with his order. If he tells you he's going to be shipping, sending pics, contacting you via email or phone, etc, he will do it.
