Only 25% of the list has placed their order so far. I understand people need a little time to get their funds together. This sale will probably last through the weekend more than likely.

Thank you for your business!

last min questions that run though my mind before I click submit order

-I know the spacers replace any kind of gasket in that area, but when you do change your spark plugs and need to remove the spacers, is it going to be more challenging (additional money/time) for a shop to do the "typical" spark plug change with the spacers there when compared to the ordinary gasket? for example say I go to a shop that didnt do the original spacer install.

-I plan on having a trust worthy shop install my set when I change my plugs in the future. Is there a need to slavage any OEM parts that may be not needed after the spacer install? (minus the one time gasket) Just incase I want to remove this and return to stock say for example when I sell the car. (can you use the spacers and sell it used?)

-I know this last question is probably repetitve but , In general is there anything I have to do differently once these spacers are installed? I personally want a mod to be able to set it and forget it kind of thing.

Thanks Aaron for the great support and lifetime deal

The Spacers can be installed and uninstalled as many times as you want. All OEM gaskets will be removed and Black RTV will be used on both sides of every Spacer. If you need to remove your intake manifold in the future to do a spark plug replacement job, then you will need to clean off all the old RTV with a gasket scraper and maybe some gasket remover. It will add a few minutes to the labor time, but the only Spacer that needs to be cleaned and reinstalled is the Upper Intake Spacers. The rest can remain in place and untouched.

And yes, used Spacers can easily be sold on this forum. These kits are very easy to get rid of if you want to sell them for less than $200. Even used.

Also, now is a good time to replace your spark plugs if they have some miles on them. If they have more than 60K miles, then you might want to consider changing them now so you won't have to pay a mechanic to go back in there in the near future.

Once the Spacers are installed, you will be set for the life of the engine. No maintenance is required. There is no need to purchase any salvage parts in order to return back to stock.

I hope I answered all your questions. Please let me know if you have any more.

Thank you!

Thanks alot aaron, yes I still have some miles left on these plugs and am anxiously awaiting to replace them though for this reason.

A follow up , since there is extended bolts for the spacers?, then wouldnt you need to keep the original bolts to return to stock?? Maybe Im thinking of something else

Thanks again.

To return back to stock, you may use the extended bolts. They will work. But for a 100% stock look (which is best if you are selling the car as "stock"), I would use the old OEM bolts and studs.

The parts that you will remove from your engine after the Spacer install are the stock bolts, 2 studs, and the elbow support bracket. For every Nissan engine I've ever worked on, the first thing I do is remove the useless intake manifold support bracket. It makes it much easier to work on the engine in the future. Just don't attempt to remove the engine with a chain wrapped underneath the intake manifold.

Aaron, why the jump in price to $204.99 for the 4th Gen? Is there that much material difference?

Be Safe, Mark V.

The pricing for the VQ35 kit was set so low because of the large amount of interest that was shown in another thread. The 4th gen kit, didn't show as much interest, so the price couldn't be set as low.

Thank you for everyone's business!

This sale is expected to last for another couple of days at least. Right now, we only have received orders from 30% of the people that showed interest this thread. We are hoping to receive orders from at least half of those on the list. The special price of $189.99 was set because of the large amount of interest that was shown on Maxima.org. This promotion is technically not a group buy since everyone's orders ship immediately upon receipt of payment. But the low pricing was set based upon the list that was made.

Here is a list of all those who showed interest with those that have paid:

1. HatersLOVEme

Recieved spacers and block plate yesterday. Beautiful! I think I might go ahead and install black plate, drive a week, then install spacers....just to get a feel for what each mod does for the car.
